Our Core Team

Ben serves as our Managing Director and is one of the founders of Avensis Hospitality.  Ben's experience goes back more than 20 years and he has worked across the spectrum in hospitality, with roles in large, international groups and with private owners throughout his career.

Ray is our Operations Director and is a stalwart of the London hospitality scene.  Ray has an extensive network of contacts and oversees the day to day operation of our hospitality projects, ensuring our customers' aims and expectations are being met at every stage of the project.

Costa is one of our Senior Operations Managers and specialises in hotel management and turnaround.  With an extensive pedigree in branded hotel operations, as well as significant experience in high-volume catering gleaned from spending part of his career on high-end cruise ships, Costa works tirelessly to ensure our hotel projects deliver the success our clients expect.

Richie is another of our Senior Operations Managers and specialises in bar and restaurant operations.  With initial career experience spanning top quality restaurants and then within wider bar and restaurant operations, Richie has headed up some sizeable projects including nightclubs, bars, restaurants and entertainment venues.

Tom heads up our food development and purchasing function, working with suppliers and partners to deliver ongoing value excellence to our clients.  With a background in food operations and procurement, Tom has developed our purchasing platform over the years to ensure we provide significant volume benefits to our projects.

Penny heads up our finance function, and ensures that quality reporting and management information is communicated to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.  Penny also provides accounting information such as cash flow forecasting and takes care of submissions to HMRC for our clients.
